With the inspection agreement signing and credit cards on site there is only one thing missing.......A booking system that the inspector can set up and control but that lets the client book an inspection in any available slot rather than needing to wait for the inspector to get back to them in answer to the email the current system send to him/her.
The inspector could specify the minimum slot duration and be able to block out slots for personal business or time off as needed. Google has a pretty good public calendaring system that I use to share info with my wife about dog show schedules. Of course, being Google, the client would probably need to have or get a gmail account. : |

You can use services like ISN with this or show your calendar then let people pick times on your site. The only problem with this is that it looks bad when you're not busy, your competition knows how busy you are and some people might not like it when you are too busy (thinking you don't have enough time for them). That being said, a lot of guys do it and like it. Each has their own preferences! Check out inspectionsupport.net as it integrates into our sites. You get 3 months free if you tell them you're a HIP user.

I'm always busy. It's just not always doing home inspections. I have more than one horse to ride. I have thermal inspections, property consulting, litigation support and more which are all active at the moment and new irons heating up. I learned the hard way about the eggs in the basket deal. So I don't really care what someone might think. I'm paying my bills and supporting my computer habit. ;D
I've signed up for ISN now so we'll see how that goes. Just drop the code they give me on a new page? Do I switch the onsite agreement as well? Seems so since it all integrates. Figures after we got it working now! : Don't worry, I've tried eInspection and I prefer HIP. After all, I did buy it. I've even got ReportHost as a fall back if the sh** hits the fan for some reason. I like redundancy and a plan B. Multiple computers, multiple monitors, multiple backup drives, even multiple dogs (3) ;D Have fun in the snow! Dana |

I wouldn't have sent you to ISN if I didn't believe it was an awesome program. As far as eInspections, well I know you already like HIP Chris and Dan at ISN are awesome. I talk to them awesome and have integrated ISN into our websites and our software.
