TOPIC: How do you post Comments to your site that people have left on your site?

I have had people use the comments feature on my website to leave Testimonials, and I see where at the bottom of the comment it says Delete / Edit / Reply but I can not figure out how to post the comment on the site so others can read what they have written. Obviously I an copy / paste and re post myself, but this loses some of it's authenticity as I see it because it shows that the post is from me, instead of them.

Is there a way to "approve" comments and have them appear so that other visitors can read the comments that others have written?

Click Edit on the comment, expand Administration if it's not already, check published.
