TOPIC: Add sign up box

How do I add a sign up box to a page.  I now do Radon testing and on my Radon page I want people to sign up for more information.

Create a webform, and view it. Right click on the page and click View Source. Copy everything between and including the two form tags then paste in into the Source of a block.
