TOPIC: How do I get rid of this

Trying to finally work on my HIP sites and can't find a way to get rid of text that seems to be there by proxy.
Here is the lingo of which I speak.......

Help would be appreciated.

Click Themes. Click Configure at the top of the page. Uncheck all the boxes on the right except for Blogs (only place where you probably want to keep it).

Thanks Dom,that did the trick.

For anyone looking here for help,the trick is to click on themes and than when all the template images pop up,go to your template and click on configure that appears on the right side of your thumbnail image of the template.

You will then see a page that looks like what I am illustrating here.
