TOPIC: Image editing

I am attempting to write another blog.  I am having problems editing the images.  I tried it on some of the other web pages but I have the same problem there.
Once I insert the image, I used to be able to right-click on the image and box would come up with one of the options being "Image properties."  Nothing happens when I click on it.  I used to be able to edit the image size etc from here.  If I know what size I want everything to be I can set the dimensions before inserting but usually I edit it based on how it looks on the page.   What is wrong?

Sometimes a popup blocker and conflict with a toolbar will prevent it from opening. Try shift-refresh the page or try another browser.

I'll try that tomorrow.  That may be it though.  It'll be the first time I'm editing my website using Chrome.

Works the exact same way. If it works okay you'll want to go back to IE and remove some of the toolbars you have installed.

With Firefox it works.  Using IE I had to allow pop ups. now it works.  With Chrome, no go. 
Which toolbars do I have to remove?  I could just go back to using Firefox.

Just use FF. In IE the popup blocker would do it. In Chrome you'll probably have to turn off popup blockers in the option section as well.
