When I am editing the site I have theme 2 that I have added text to. When I logout it changes to theme 1. How do I correct this

When you are logged in click on themes. The one that is checked is the one that will be visible to you when logged out. You can make changes to them all day long and if it is not enabled you won't see it publicly. So, you probably just have the wrong one enabled, if that makes any sense.

Ian's right on with the theme issue. For the header right click on the page, shift-refresh. Your browser is storing the old page.
