TOPIC: Blocks drop down menu

So when you go to the blocks drop down menu and it tells you, bottom middle, left sidebar, footer, content, and so on, should there be one that says header? If so I've been robbed! If header belongs there, please let me know what I can do to fix-it.

It would probably depend on which theme you have. 

Different themes have different block areas. If you look around when you're on that page you'll see the block areas in yellow. Some of the themes have images that can be replaced under the Theme->Configure area which is something different.
