I figured that using open office was the same as using word. When I past using the "paste from word" tool when creating content, I then look at the source code and see a reference to "OpenOffice Generator" or something along those lines. I usually just delete it, but am I doing something incorrectly? do i need to delete it?

The paste from word button tries to remove everything it can but it doesn't always catch everything. The best method is to copy to notepad first then to the program. Also if you use the paste from word, make sure to check both boxes before clicking okay.

If it appears okay in Firefox and IE then I wouldn't worry about it.
