My PayFuse account works when I log into PayFuse and enter a charge on their site but it will not work from my site page. I checked the source code on my page and it matches what you sent me (it should as I pasted directly from your e mail). I also updated the password on the credit card profile page at 12:00 PM EST today. When I send a test charge from my site page I get the following message: "Your transaction was denied. Please check the information you submitted and try again." I have entered the info multiple times so I had to get it right at least once. I am not sure what to try next. What do you recommend? John |

Did you update the password on our site? Go to our home page, click on Account Information and update your password on the Credit Card Information page. This info is used to generate your credit card page.

I tried logging into your payfuse account with the info to see if it was accurate. It shows that your account is locked, which is your problem. Give First National a call tomorrow and have them unlock it and confirm your password.
