Dom, I almost screwed things up, I gave it a menu title ex. What Really Matters but can't find that navigation your talking about, where is that? Navigation is the drop down box right below where you set the menu title. If you can't find the page right now, click on Content in your Admin menu and you'll see all your pages.

I typed in What Really Matters in title with the asterisk and what do you type in the next title line?

The drop down box says None Selected and can't change anything there.
I can't see anything to put it in the left column.
