TOPIC: Warning array error message showing up

Hello Dominic, I have had a few times where certain items are not showing up and this message appears in its place:
warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/hip2/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 275.
warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/hip2/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 278.

The header with the company name in the upper corner is blank with no information. This happened on both Firefox this morning and then on Safari after I logged in to my admin. Do you know what is happening. I have not changed anything. Thanks!
