Is there a way to increase the font size for the menu items in the navigation bar?

Not currently. The menu item sizes are based on your screen size. In the next iteration of the sites you'll have some more control. I'll take a look at the theme and ask a few guys using it if they want the size increased. Since it affects everyone using the theme I have to get a general consensus before making a change like that.

Just curious. That was one of my larger struggles when I was selecting a theme. Although this theme seems to have much smaller fonts than others, I liked the layout the best. I vote YES for larger fonts!
