TOPIC: Change colors in themes

Is it possible to change the backgroun colors once you have chosen a theme?

On almost all the themes you can change the images you see within them. On a few themes you can change the background image like the wood paneling can be changed or in theme 26 you can choose a different color completely. As we upgrade the system we'll be adding more features into the new templates to allow for more flexibility with other colors on the rest of the themes.
