TOPIC: Redesigning a Form Page

Hey Dom,

As you know, I'm trying to change my "Request an Inspection" page to "Contact Us," I also want to add/remove/amend the fields on the page.

I had no problem changing the name on the menu tab, but when you click on that tab, it still brings you to a page that reads "Request an inspection"

I tried what you suggested, which was to go to "Contact Us", click on the "Edit" tab, go into form componants, and then make my changes.

I've tried that a number of times... I even tried looking for something of that nature before you gave me the instructions.

The problem is; when I go to the "Contact Us" page (formally "Request an Inspection"), the only tabs I see are "View, Results, Track." I also tried to locate "Form Componants" via "Menu" in admin, clicked on edit in "Contact Us", but still could not find "Form Componants"

Can u let me know where else to try.

Fixed. A few other people might have this issue due to permission issues on some of the sites I created last week. If you do, just let me know.
