Sorry if I insulted you but when asked for opinion I give my first impression and do not mince words.
Say I was a customer ,i would not see anything which stands out or impresses me. Not asking you change name of your business ,but it needs to stand out more and perhaps the corporate LLC could go small. The color changes are a good start but the header blends in . |

Bob no insult, but it was too good to not to play with. ;D I agree and value your opinion. I think a little shock and awe every once and a while helps to make you aware. I think the puzzling thing for me is that I see sites that are far more anemic than mine that show success.
When I finish tweaking the site, (a couple of days) I will email you for the first crack at clubbing me about it. Please, and I mean this, don't mince your words then either. Thanks, Drew |

Drew, your page title is too long it should only be about 70 characters. Google may kick you in the butt for that. Make sure you have your keywords in that title.
Your home page should tell the clients why they should hire you. Not only why they should hire you, but, what is different about you and your services compared to the other guys. Most of what you have on your home page is the same as most inspectors. For example, your 5 criteria. One is that the inspection is complete. The client already expects that the inspection would be complete. HI's do not advertise that they do not perform a complete inspection. All 5 are pretty generic. What do you do different? Find something the competitor does not do and do it, then put it on the home page or even in the header, but put it where it will be the first thing the client sees on your site. Place more of your keywords in your content, be creative. It seems foreign at first to keep repeating the words, but your page title text, keywords text, keyword description text, should appear in your content. Add some local news feeds, from a local paper, TV news, and such. This will tell Google to crawl your site more and also help get your city and town keywords on your page. Hope some of that helps |

Change your site Slogan. Home Inspections in Philadelphia and Surrounding Area.
Do you really need the fetchreport logo? It's pretty big. Change the wording on your site from looking like your one inspector i.e. 'Please Call Drew' to that of a multi inspector company. I believe people in larger cities are more comfortable with this. Like Mike said, he a real estate feed from a local paper. |
