Does anyone know how I can add a Customer/ Agent comments form to my website?

Read over www.homeinspectorpro.com/inspector-forum...eate-your-own-forms/ on how to create forms. This will submit their comments to you. If you want, you can just create a page that allows them to make comments live on the page and then approve them, but the former allows you more control over the questions.

Okay Dominic, I think I pretty much have the page set up, but I'm experiencing two problems! First, as much as I try, this particular page only shows on my menu when I have my website in the admin mode. When I log out, it leaves the menu! The second problem I'm having is, I want to make the customer comment box bigger, so that they can read everything that they're writing. Can you help me with these two things?

Check and make sure the page is checked as published at the bottom when it edit mode. Also when you edit the comment box field, there's an option for number of rows and the width of the box.

Dominic...the page is now checked as published and it is working. Now the only problem that I am having is in the comment box field. I have tried using the option of length and/or width, and I can make the single row longer, but I cannot seem to make it deeper/add row's. The way that affects the client's comments is, he can write, but after a few words, he cannot read all that he has written. I think it will affect what the client is really trying to say, and because he can't see all that he has written, he probably won't be able to express himself as well, thereby lessening the forms effectiveness. Any idea's???
