Nothing in particular. Web "2.0" or "3.0" are terms that people use the describe sites that start to use dynamic content like AJAX forms (forms that can auto complete and do database lookups as you type), use social networking, cloud computing, etc. Programs like Google Docs exemplify what Web 3.0 are supposed to be. Web 2.0 was said to arrive a few years ago and 3.0 now. They are loosely defined terms though. Read over www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2102852,00.asp and computer.howstuffworks.com/web-30.htm
