Dominic, is there any security at all to the web form pages that we create? The owner of the school I am working for has a Merchant Acct. but processes cards manually. I wanted to create a form on the site that would send him the info. for processing, but cannot if there's no security. I told him about Jay Engle and even suggested PayPal but you know you can lead the horse to water...

You'd have to purchase an SSL certificate as they have to be bought per domain and then we could apply it to the domain name if you wanted to make a form.
If he uses our credit card processing then the pages are secure. The form itself is actaully hosted on a secure page on our site and that page is embedded into your site in an IFRAME which still makes it secure. If you use this method the owner would never get the CC info, it would go directly to the bank to be processed as we legally can't store CC data. |
