TOPIC: Site Logs

Anyone know if there is a tutorial on using the site logs? I am not sure what everything means. I also notice that the times logged are way off, like they are a different time zone.

The times are based off of CST unless you change your time zone in your admin menu. The site logs are basic, install Google Analytics to get the really detailed stuff (and it's free). Search the forum for Analytics for instructions on how.

I have the Google Analytics. I was just wanting to understand the site logs.

We'll probably be installing the logs in the next version of the sites. They basically just track the number of hits and referrers. Google Analytics will give you the same info and more. We could spend our time improving the site logs but it doesn't make sense when Google can do it free and better, and we can put our time into improving the software more!
