TOPIC: Problems with site bookings

While on the phone with a client today, I attempted to have him use the "sign the agreement" and the "book an inspection" function. 

After not hearing anything back for two hours, I called him and he said he got a confirmation by email.
I did not get notified nor did I send a confirmation. Hmmmm.... ???

Looking at the site's info and history, I see the page access by "Guest" at the proper date and time but no other information.  What am I doing wrong here?

Fixed. There was a typo in the email address you had listed there. Go ahead and try it now.

Still not getting a notification to my "dana@hi-la email.  It sends the confirmation of the booking request to the "client" (me in this case at a different address) but nothing to me as the inspector. It should notify me by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and possibly by text? to 818-470-3909

It was going to your sbcglobal account. I just changed it to your new account. Try again and let me know if you get it.

I believe there are also some settings that allow you to choose when you receive the notifications and what you receive.
