TOPIC: Unable to Edit Homepage

I was checking my links clicked on links an the home page came-up, logged in clicked on links page and it came up, then I went to the home page an it seems like I am not logged in on the home page, other pages seem to be logged in, also when I click inspection agreement when not logged in it goes to home page. Any Ideas? 

Right click on the page, hold shift and click refresh. Your browser is caching a local copy of the page on your computer rather than getting the most up to date page.
