TOPIC: Need a WISCONSIN Template

Hey everyone, in Wisconsin we are required to have a summary page that Reads as follows:
1) Defects
2) Items needing Repairs
3) Items needing Further Evaluation
4) Items to Monitor
5) Maintenance Items

Those are the five catagories that the Realtors had our politicians sign into law and is now required. Id love to build my own template however I have no idea how too and I am horrible with computers. Id love to switch to this program after playing around with it, but I need that WI template.

You can use any template. Enable Advanced Colors and Multiple Summaries under Report Settings - Advanced Colors and Summaries. There's a few tutorials specifically going over this as well. Make a separate color for each of the 5 categories and you'll be set.
