TOPIC: Inspecting radiant floor heating systems

Does anyone have a template for this system and would like to share?

I don't have a template specific to infloor heating. Infloor radiant is simply another heating source and is mentioned in the heating section, comments as to source of water heating or resistance heating, controllers, tstats and any related equipment cover most of my comments. I will take a few photos with thermal to check operation or issues that get dropped into report.
In my area if there is any infloor heating it is normally just one or two rooms found in a home...
