TOPIC: Foundation tabs.

Is there a way to remove the selection panels that are not being used in the report? For example on Foundation, it lists; 1. Slab Foundation, 2. Foundation Perimeter, 3. Foundation Walls, 4. Cripple Walls etc. When using only 1 and 2, the remaining selection panels show up in the report, is this common or is there remedy?

Report Settings - Options - Item Options.

Uncheck the following boxes. (1st and 3rd)

Print item description even if no items are selected.
Print items even if there are no comments selected.

Keep these boxes checked as part of your normal template so all blank items show up when you proof read your report. You would be surprised how many times you may have forgot something and are reminded when you proof read. Once you are done proof reading, make the changes and save the report. Then generate as normal.
