TOPIC: mobile home inspection template

does anyone have a good mobile home template they are willing to share

Manufactured homeThe dwelling is a double/single wide manufactured home with a  gable  type roof design.
The structure is supported by means of masonry piers. Or..
The structure is supported by means of masonry piers and block perimeter foundation walls.
The exposed and accessible structural piers, framing, and wood/plywood subflooring were visually inspected by physically crawling through accessible areas of the crawlspace.
The rest of the report will be the same as any other home with a crawl space.

I agree...with the exception of a few items (like presence of tie-downs and skirting), the report is basically the same as any home inspection
