TOPIC: Photo Captions

I am looking for a way to store photo captions in the drop down menu under each photo. Is there a way to keep standard captions that I use frequently?

Yes. In the section of the report that the image will be part of (exterior blah blah blah) you enter a Comment like this
CAPTIONWater Entry Point

or

CAPTIONLead Water Pipe

These will now be available in those sections to identify your image.

How do I save them. I use standard ones for every report and I don't want to retype every time.

Hit the edit comment button on the top bar. Then select  the section you want (the text bar at the top of the program above the software icons, same link as Photos). Then from the drop down pick your topic so you are in the right area. Select the tab where you want the caption reside which are above the different software panels.
Then add the text like I posted above. CAPTIONLead Water Pipe.

Then in the photo section you find the picture you want and via the drop down lists pick you caption.
