TOPIC: HIP Report formatting simplified

It took me a while to get the formatting system figured out because I had trouble matching the button titles to the report features, so I added a page to my website (InterNACHI Narratives) with what I think is a simplified report formatting guide. Dom asked me to post it here.

Good morning to all....

I recently purchased KS's Narratives for HIP and am having a bit of trouble getting it into HIP. According to the "After Your Purchase" instructions, there were supposed to be two zipped files...one with "Narrative Template Files" and the other with "Documents" files.

However, I only received the Documents files and not the Template files. The last line of instructions in the AYP mentions copy/paste procedures for Windows users.

Is this how I'm supposed to enter the narratives into HIP (copy/paste) and if so where do they go? All the file extensions in the Documents d/l are in XML format, and I didn't see any similar file extensions in the HIP Data folder.

Robert, I just sent you the template and the documents along with a link to my online installation instructions. Sounds like I sent you the file for the wrong software. If you have any problem installing, email me and I'll call you and walk you through it.
