TOPIC: changing text at beginning of each section of my report

At the beginning of each section of my report for example "bedrooms", there is a description underneath that heading:

"
The main area of inspection in the bedrooms is the structural system. This means that all walls, ceilings and floors will be inspected. Doors and windows will also be investigated for damage and normal operation. Personal items in the bedroom may prevent all areas to be inspected as the inspector will not move personal items."

I need to change that a little bit since I'm using a residential template for structure that was converted into an office building.  SO instead of it saying bedrooms, I'm changing it to offices.  The heading above that used to read "bedrooms" I have already found and changed, but where do I find this paragraph below the heading to edit it?

All these sections are under the Edit Documents area of the software.
