TOPIC: Template Suggestion....Maybe

I am finding that I write the same thing over and over again. ( eg. view of the roof or moisture meter reading of)  Now I know that I can add a comment to the right side of the page and click it to put with a picture but is there any way I can access the comments on the left for pictures without first putting them on the right. If I put them on the right, then put them with a picture, then I either have it twice (once in the comments and once with the picture) or else I have to go through and put all the comments back on the left before generating it. Does this make sense. It would save me a ton of time.

Yes, use the common CAPTION feature.

Love this. I guess you don't know what you don't know. I was always curious about that caption icon at the top of the comments.
