TOPIC: Printing sections without condtions

I think during my one on one with Wayne, we had selected not to print sections with no ratings? I am still seeing the blank boxes when I generate the report? I didn't think I had to delete them from the template, they just wouldn't show up in the report if no box was checked?

That's what I thought. I unchecked the box, but the blank condition items still show up on the report, just nothing has been checked. I still have the box checked that says "print sections even if there are no comments". Maybe that should be unchecked as well? Sometimes I may want a condition listed as good or fair even if there are no comments about it.

Yup, that's the one you want to uneheck. If you check a rating (good/fair) then it WILL print. That option actually prints if there's a rating, comment, or picture added.
