TOPIC: Downloading sample reports to Surface Pro

I have a Surface Pro tablet with Windows 8, and am trying to download a sample report. I have tried the method that you have posted and continue to get an error message "You do not have authorization to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission".
After clicking on the sample file, I am attempting to "Save As"/Windows (C)/Program Files (x86)/Home Inspector Pro/Data.
I have been able to download samples report files to my desktop using this method, so it must be a setting or protection in the tablet somewhere. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Les,

Yup, that's User Account Control (aka UAC) on your machine. Try saving to your desktop first and then copy the files over. Let me know if that works.
