TOPIC: Question on [[Notes]] and [[Captions]]

Question about "Notes". Briefly what are notes and where are they used?
Question about "Captions". I went through all of the tabs in my template and made new sub titles with
Damage panels only. But when I select say "Grounds" then "Grade" the Captions popup great. But
if I select "Grounds" then anything with the word conditions in it (Lot Conditions or Wall Conditions) then
the captions come up blank. So what did I do wrong?

Watch to understand Captions. Captions are PER ITEM. They will only show up in the exact item you added them to (on purpose).
