TOPIC: Narrative report question

When I am working on my new template I want to use a narrative report style. Right now as is, the wording comes up observe and report, how can I change the wording that the template has in there? Say I want it to say just observations.

Click on Edit Comments and change the Item Description on the left side of each section.

I sent an e-mail earlier today, but maybe you can just help me here, I need to change my company name in my HIP program, can I do that, or do you need to make that adjustment. The name I need is    TROPICARE HOME INSPECTIONS "LLC"
