TOPIC: Contract "header"

How do I change the colors of the Contract "Header"?
Under the "Contract Page", I've entered the contract that I want but when I print it, the header background is a dark blue, my company name and "Inspection Contract" are centered in white (this is ok) but my contact info off to the right hand side is a lighter blue and doesn't show up well at all.  How can I change this to white also?

Report Settings->Formatting->Header Background Color
