TOPIC: Frustration with customizing my template

I can't seem to figure out howto customize a template I am trying to use. I can adjust the sections, etc. But I can't seem to figure out how to edit the extra wording at the beginning of each section. Is that customizable?  I am trying to use this template that has a LOT of extra wording that I feel makes the report very wordy, and I think, distracts from the issues that I am reporting. The wording is longer than the issues. But I don't seem to be able to touch that wording. Very frustrating, for several hours trying to figure it out. It might be very simple. Can't find the instructions on this message board so far. Maybe looking at the wrong place.

Please someone help me. I have a report due immediately, my first commercial and I want to make a good impression.
