TOPIC: Summary Page?

New to HIP; doing my first inspection today and was wondering, If you don’t have any significant findings for the summary page will it just be a blank page. Do you have something in each section like “No apparent issues” to mark as red too show up on summary page?

That should really never happen! I've never seen a house with no summary items. You could turn the summary off in that case or change the intro document to say whatever you'd like.
