TOPIC: Centering Text in a Document

I made a mistake and deleted the Texas OP-I form in the documents section. I was able to copy and paste the text back in, but I am unable to get the Title of the document to Center on the Report. I use the space bar to edit the document, but when I generate the report it is back to the left of the page.
  I copied the text to note pad and to the CK editor, but it will not center on the report. Is there a way I can get back the original form/document that came with the program. This document was formatted the way I prefer.

If you delete the OP-I document and run the HIP update again it'll automatically replace the file for you.
