Does anyone have a good commercial temp  for the ASTM standards

Open up the 2 commercial templates in HIP and modify as needed. They're both based on ASTM & the InterNACHI commsop. ASTM is a huge very broad standard and there's no real way to build an exact template based on it as every commercial job will be quite different.

Indeed... that's the beauty of ASTM E2018... customizable depending on scope agreed to between you and the client.  Creating a template that works best for you is what I recommend.  The included templates in HIP are very good starting points
