TOPIC: Rating questions

Hi all
New guy here, I am going through the software (30 Day trial version) I was looking for a template the didn't have the good, Fair, poor ect, ect boxes on the left side of the report. I would like to see just the word Good, Fair, Poor, on the left side.
i.e.

8. Patio Door
GOOD, Observation: The sliding patio door was functional during the inspection.
                               Tempered glass noted in patio door

                                                 or

15. Exhaust fan
POOR, Observation: Bath #2 the Fan is loud and vibrates excessively............

Not a fan of the below look

   Good  Fair  Poor  N/A  NONE    Observation: The sliding patio door was functional during the inspection.
                                            Tempered glass noted in patio door
                                           

I tried to save a load a template but I don't see the data folder when I look in programs/HIP/ ?
I only see HIP PDF upload, Home Inspector pro 3. Uninstall

maybe I cant load a 3rd party template in the trial version.
Any input would be great

Bruce, you can change the ratings on any template. Just click Edit Template and remove them or change them.

The Data folder is definitely there or HIP wouldn't start. Look under C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data

You could just use the word Good/Poor, etc as a narrative but to be honest most people are getting away from those phrases completely as they're too vague.

What type a phrases are bring used. We don't need to sound to technical do we. I still don't see the data folder under
C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro3\Data
