TOPIC: Type, Materials, Comments, Conditions

Sometimes the report labels comments as Type, sometimes as Materials, other times different items.  I cant seem to find the setting to set them to specific terms.  I have several sections that list Materials twice and I would prefer one be Type and the other Materials.

Any clues?
