Most of the time once guys get above 4 units I notice they combine the problems into a system type report. For example : Bedroom-Smoke Detectors: Smoke Detectors missing in the master bedroom in unit 1,2,5 and the guest bedroom in unit 3,5,6. This method keeps the report shorter. Of course you can just copy existing sections in the template as well which can get a bit tedious as the number of units grows. You can see a very old 300 unit complex in our Sample Report sections. It's not the greatest example of a HIP report as it was made during the first or second year HIP was around if I remember right, but it gets that style across!
