TOPIC: Mutli - unit, help

I want to have a way to show Multiple apartment units on one report.

The Cover page would be the whole complex.

Then the pages would list each unit with its inspection.

An Expample

Apt 1.
Interior
Room 1&2
kitchen
Hvac

---

Apt 2.
Interior
Room 1&2
kitchen
Hvac

Something like this.....I need help on building this type of format.

Different inspectors do this different ways. Most will take a normal residential template and note the problems in each room. For example in the kitchen you can say: Missing smoke detector in Unit 1,2,5.

You can also take a system by system template and duplicate the sections, i.e. Unit #1 Kitchen, Unit #2 Kitchen, etc. You can do the same with a room by room but it's a little more work.

Overall, the first method is the easiest but the style is ultimately up to you.

You could definitely do that. Just edit template and copy the sections you want. You'll need to rename the pages like Kitchen (1), Kitchen (2), etc.
