TOPIC: Two Template questions

Hi:  I am a newbie and am trying to create a template similar to Serge's.

I have been playing with the rating boxes and somehow ended up with 5.  Is there a way to delete one.

Also, when I generate my report, I'd like to change the order of the bookmarks on the left in the PDF.  What is the best way to do this?  I've tried working in the template without any luck. 

Everybody on here is so great.  Ir really appreciate your help.

PDF bookmarks can be changed by the print order you can select.

Select report settings, selection order print settings. Move up and down how you like. Select or deselect what you want.

Should be easy enough to delete a ratings. Select ratings then deselct from the list of ratings.

thank you David.  I have been spending a lot of time on this and driving myself a bit crazy.  I figured out the PDF format, but when I go to ratings, and click "include ratings", none of the boxes get selected so I can't deselect them.  Must be something simple but I don't know what.

I do not use the ratings but I was testing and you need to delete the text of the rating and it will deselect from the list. Make sure you save in the ratings area.

So select ratings.

Then highlight text you want to get rid of. Clear text, hit save and then you should only have four of the ratings.

As David said, just remove the text from the rating you don't want, then click on another box so it saves, then exit.
