ANYONE EVEN HAVE A REPORT FROM A MANUFACATURED HOME THEY CAN SHARE WITH ME?

Hi Joey,

Most of the guys use a normal residential template for a manufactured home. There's no reason to maintain a separate set of narratives when 90% of the report is the same. Go to Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order and turn off the pool, garage and any other pages you don't need. Then you can also go to Report Settings->Options->Item Options and set the report to not print any item you don't comment on or check a box. Then you're report will be restricted to only what you need!

Thanks Dominic, I was wondering what to do for the piers and footings. I have an idea, I just thought if I say a report that had been done I would have a better understanding.

Ahh you're looking for a sample report, somebody might be able to post theirs. As far as piers and footings, it should be very similar to a house with a crawlspace.
