TOPIC: more colour choice for selected items than red/ black

I would love for hyperlinks to automatically turn blue like on a normal web page .

Yep ,I even just now tried to click it ,as that is the normal habit.

I definitely agree with that. I tired just automatically making it blue in the past, the problem was that some people already had blue text, or had another color that it clashed with. I'll have to make it an option and make it underlined.

The URL issue can be worked around by those crazy guys that want all text blue in the entire repoert on their own.
The URL would be easy for you and make 99.9% of us much happier.

I use blue on the black soft defect issues (observations actually) and would have no problem putting urls in my black material text ,or my red defect section.

The crazy guys can change to a lighter or darker hue.

Bob, please, discuss away. This program is designed by inspectors. I program it and help guide it a little but you guys make the decisions. Just because you decide a feature is great won't affect my timeline as it will just get worked in as a new feature down the road.
