TOPIC: Commercial Inspections - Churches and adjacent grounds

Has anyone every done a commercial inspection on a church that may have a template for me to work with? Extra info needed will be on bells and chimes, grounds, cemeteries and memorial grounds, etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I remember someone doing a church awhile back but can't remember who it was. Commercial Template-Detailed should work fine for you. Just add comments to applicable areas for the bells and other items.

I agree with you about just adding comments about the bells. Doing a church is just like doing any public place. Pay attention to occupancy limits, emergency egress, emergency equipment and lighting. Check for mechanical inspections. Houses of Worship usually have kitchens, anything that may apply to commercial kitchens will apply.

Most importantly, say a prayer and leave a few bucks in the basket.

Thanks for the tips everyone, I started with the commmercial template and have added the extra items, now just have to figure out how to add comments to select from...lol

Click Edit Comments on the button bar along the top. Then click Add on the left

Greg Scheer from gcshomeinspections.com told me he's doing 3 churches right now with infrared as well. He might be someone to email though I'm glad the commercial template worked well for you!
