Well no, I am working with the template, not the report settings. But thanks Bob.
Actually, I found the problem. The problem is, that if you create a new menu item, and it has no sub menu items in it, you cannot move that menu item up or down. You cannot copy any sub menu item into that menu either, until you create some sub menu item, then you can import other submenu copies.  I will have to let Dominic check it out.

Ok, let’s see if I have this right.  Using the example below:

If I want to move “Kitchen”  to be after “Dining Room”, you just  left-click and hold on Kitchen and drag it over Dining Room and release

If you want to move “EXTERIOR” to show after “INTERIOR” , then you do the same thing: left-click and hold on EXTERIOR and drag it over INTERIOR.  The other “-“  will turn to “+” then you can expand the +
NOTE:  this will NOT change the order the main template Menu sections print. You change their order of print by >Report Setting>Section Colors & Print Order.

Yes, that's how it works. But if you create a new menu item, i.e Interior -Unit 2, and do not have any sub menu items in it then you cannot click and drop it over other menu, and you cannot copy sub menu item into it. So you have to create a sub menu item in the Interior-Unit2, and only then you can move it or copy other sub-menus into it

When you create a new "menu item" -- that is ONLY for your use in organizing your template. Under these "menu items" is where you create your "sub-menu item(s)" these now become the main sections that will print out in your report. Why would you create a menu item w/o any "sub-menu" items? i.e. you can call your "menu item" anything you like--it will never show up in your report, they only show along the top of your program as TABS to help you organize and write your report. Another way of using this feature is to only create ONE "menu item" and locate all your "sub-menu" items under that one heading. Some guys have done just that in some of the templates posted here.
