TOPIC: Opinions needed on report layout

Please offer suggestions, comments.

The reason I am creating description areas is I can have just one damage panel. Makes it great in the field.

Before I would have selection/damage and it would be slower to report in the field.

What do you think?

I have tried the look of spacing on the description but it seems to look empty and makes the report longer.

I understand your reasoning and think it looks good overall. I would stick to the two colors and try see how it looks with one font type or use one specific to the headers and one specific to the info below the headers. To me the different font types up and down the page were distracting. (It may be just me though.)

I changed my font types to Arial. I may try a few types. Appreciatte the advise.

I agree as the color change seems inappropriate in the second version.

Now i need to look at mine as i use Black font for materials,blue for observation,and red for defect observation or summery text.

Using Blue on material description does look bad though and Font change may be best suited in general if they print Black and White copies of your report.
