Thanks, I did not know that.

Besides the HIP report, I have like 20 pages of ancillary documents that is all part of the report, from title page to Home Facts, to Narratives to explain the different parts of the inspection and so forth.

I like to be thorough, I guess.  ;D

It's probably like a report they will never see again.

The HIP report itself is tabbed for easy access if that is all they want to see. 

You can add your documents into the HIP report itself in the documents section so you don't need to print hard copies.

I know and I am still aways off in being able to do that effiently.
I am still having a hard time with that.
I am a slow learner when it comes to computers.  ;D

I am working on it a little bit at a time. No more inspections like I have, time is plentiful right now.  ;D

Thank god I got my two kids that helped out by giving me something to do.

You need to edit you template.
See instructional video for help on that.

Simply click edit template at top and go to menu item to edit in an inspectable item.
You can have as many menu or inspectable items as you wish.

When you are in the report you are only adding individual comments to items that already exist.

This is why I would encourage you to create your own template.

if you know how to import a template I will be happy to send you mine ,as it is fully comprehensive of all inspect- able items you will see.
