TOPIC: How do I add basement to Location under Laundry

Marcel, go to Report Settings->Options->Item Options. Uncheck the box that says "Print item even if there's no comment." This will remove any items (for example , within the HVAC section) that you didn't comment on for this report. I think this is what you were asking for.

Got a lot done, but got to keep going so next time I will be ready and happy with the report.
